Our story
The same kitchen, three generations on
Nonna Miretti opened with eight tables and one wood oven. The oven is still here, and so are four of the tables — we just added a terrace and a great deal more wine.
Everything that can be made here is made here: the pasta each morning, the bread twice a day, the tiramisù whenever someone finishes the last one.
