A small room that smells like bread

We started with one deck oven and a stubborn belief that a café should bake its own things. Six years on, that hasn't changed — the pastry is laminated the night before and the bread is out by seven.

The coffee is roasted forty minutes up the road. The eggs come from a farm we've actually visited.
